Anniversary concert 20 years of the "Tiroler Landesjugendorchester"

The "Tiroler Landesjugednorchester" was founded 20 years ago as an initiative of the Province of Tyrol - Tyrolean Provincial Music Schools. Since 2004, it has been an important orchestra for young professional musicians in Tyrol. On average, there are two different projects with several major concerts every year. The LJO consists of outstanding music pupils and music students aged between 13 and 26. The programme for the 20th anniversary concert of the Tyrolean Youth Orchestra on 31 October at the Forum Brixen includes works by Carl Nielsen, Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky (1st Piano Concerto) and Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov. The soloist is Michael Schöch, conductor Johannes Wildner.
