You win more with other people's money!
The financial system is incomprehensible to mere mortals. That's why we'd better place our money trustingly in the hands of banks, experts and politicians. Or maybe not? The playwright Ulf Schmidt is now putting paid to the myth of inscrutability. He successfully placed his “piece of money” on Ebay and Jochen Schölch bought the premiere rights for the Metropoltheater at auction. Since 2013, audiences have been investing their entrance fee in this evening at the theater, which could be profitable in the truest sense of the word. In short, vivid scenes you will learn how a harmless piece of gold emerged into a world of guilt and appearances that has been in crisis since well before the Lehmann brothers' fairy tales. “It's actually a good thing that people don't understand our banking and currency system. If they did, we would have a revolution before tomorrow morning.” (Henry Ford) In any case, after this performance you will know more. And one thing is certain: you won't find a more entertaining lesson in the world of finance anywhere! And with matching music too.

Individual tickets can be purchased online or at the office of the South Tyrolean Cultural Institute, Schlernstraße 1 in Bolzano, or reserved by telephone on 0471 313800 or by e-mail (info(at)kulturinstitut.org) from 20 September 2023. Reduced tickets for students can only be purchased at the South Tyrolean Cultural Institute and not online.
Payment of individual tickets:
Reserved tickets must be paid for within 10 days of reservation. Payment can be made directly at the office of the South Tyrolean Cultural Institute or by bank transfer. As reason for payment please give the name and the reservation number you receive at the time of reservation. The paid tickets will then be sent to you by e-mail. You can present them at the entrance as a paper printout or digitally on your smartphone. If you do not have an email address, tickets will be deposited at the box office.
