Concert of the "Südtiroler Jugendblasorchester"

The South Tyrolean Youth Wind Orchestra (SJBO) was founded in 2005 by Pepi Fauster, then the association's youth director, with the aim of giving well-trained, talented and music-loving young musicians from South Tyrol the opportunity to rehearse and perform interesting symphonic wind orchestra literature under the direction of a renowned conductor and highly qualified teachers.

Karl Geroldinger conducted the SJBO for the first 4 years. He was followed by Thomas Doss (2009-2011), Peter Vierneisel (2012-2013), Josef Feichter (2014-2017) and Isabelle Ruf-Weber. From 2022, Karl Geroldinger was once again appointed musical director.
