The town
Bressanone is a quaint and particularly charming town located on the southern slopes of the Alps. It is an old Cathedral town but with a young and vibrant atmosphere, not to mention a wonderfully mild climate.
The town of
Bressanone – which is over a thousand years old – is located in the point where the
Valley of the River Isarco widens out providing space for chestnut woods, vineyards and orchards. The town features winding alleys and elegant burgher mansions, porticoed streets and picturesque squares, bridges and gardens,
museums, a frescoed cloister, a Cathedral and many churches. It’s a town where you can breathe history at every corner, but also joie de vivre combined with an atmosphere of intimacy.
